1. Complete records means any and all
information which relates to:
(a) The origin, treatment, germination, purity,
kind and variety of each lot of agricultural seeds sold in this State; or
(b) The treatment, germination, kind and variety
of each lot of vegetable seeds and flower seeds sold in this State.
2. The term includes, without limitation,
information concerning:
(a) Seed samples; and
(b) Records of declarations, labels, purchases,
sales, conditioning, bulking, treatment, handling, storage, analyses, tests and
examinations.
