Personal use or disclosure of information relating to formula disclosed to Director pursuant to NRS 586.280 unlawful; exceptions

1. It is unlawful for any person to use
for the persons own advantage, or to reveal, other than to the Director or
proper officers or employees of the State, or to the courts of this State in
response to a subpoena, or to physicians, or in emergencies to pharmacists and
other qualified persons, for use in the preparation of antidotes, any
information relating to the formulas of products acquired by authority of NRS 586.280 .
2. Notwithstanding any other provision of
this section, if any person, with intent to defraud, uses or reveals
information relative to formulas of products acquired under authority of NRS 586.280 , the person shall be guilty of
a gross misdemeanor.
