Nevada Code § 586.4065

Grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of sellers registration

The Director may
refuse to grant or renew a registration under NRS
586.406 or may suspend or revoke the registration if, after notice and a
hearing, the Director is satisfied that:
1. The person registered has, without
reasonable cause, failed to record information as required by NRS 586.406 or a regulation adopted by the
Director;
2. The person registered has made a
fictitious or false entry in the required records; or
3. The applicant has made sales or
delivery of restricted-use pesticides without registering with the Director.
