Nevada Code § 585.990

Penalties. [Effective through June 30, 2027.]

1. A person who manufactures, compounds,
processes or packages any drug in a factory, warehouse, laboratory or other
location in this state without a license required by NRS 585.245 is guilty of a category D
felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS
193.130 .
2. A person who violates any other
provision of this chapter is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.

2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 585.690 , a person who violates any
other provision of this chapter is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
