Records of distributors and cooperative organizations of producers

Every distributor who
purchases fluid milk or fluid cream from a producer and every producer
cooperative organization which handles milk for its members or other producers
shall make and keep for 3 years a correct record showing in detail the
following information for each producer with reference to the handling, sale or
storage of the fluid milk or fluid cream:
1. The name and address of the producer.
2. The date the fluid milk or fluid cream
was received.
3. The amount of fluid milk or fluid cream
received.
4. The official butterfat test of the
fluid milk or fluid cream.
5. The usage of the fluid milk or fluid
cream.
6. Evidence of payment for the fluid milk
or fluid cream purchased or handled.
