Failure of any distributor who purchases fluid milk or fluid cream directly from producers to execute and deliver the bond as herein provided and required constitutes a violation of NRS 584.325 to 584.670 , inclusive. Failure of any such distributor to post such additional bond or bonds as may be required to comply with the provisions of NRS 584.325 to 584.670 , inclusive, likewise constitutes a violation of NRS 584.325 to 584.670 , inclusive.
