Dairy Fund: Creation; deposits; expenditures; interest and income to be credited to Fund

1. There is hereby created in the State
Treasury a special revenue fund designated as the Dairy Fund. Except as
otherwise required in NRS 584.670 , all
money received pursuant to the provisions of this chapter must be paid into the
Fund and must be expended for the administration and enforcement of the
provisions of this chapter or for any other purpose authorized by the
Legislature.
2. The interest and income earned on the
money in the Dairy Fund, after deducting any applicable charges, must be
credited to the Fund.
