The State Quarantine Officer may adopt such regulations as he or she deems necessary for carrying out the provisions of NRS 583.211 to 583.251 , inclusive, and NRS 583.135 relating to the circumstances in which the State Quarantine Officer may order the temporary suspension of the provisions of NRS 583.110 to 583.251 , inclusive, and requirements for the temporary suspension.
