Nevada Code § 583.231

Legislative declaration

The
Legislature finds and declares that the regulation of egg production on farms
in this State and the regulation of the sale of eggs and egg products in this State
is necessary to:
1. Protect the health and welfare of
consumers and citizens of this State;
2. Promote food safety; and
3. Advance animal welfare.
