The State Quarantine Officer shall: 1. Enforce the provisions of NRS 583.110 to 583.210 , inclusive. 2. Make and fix grades and standards for eggs. 3. Make such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the enforcement of NRS 583.110 to 583.210 , inclusive.
