Selling flesh of diseased animal or container containing shellfish without approved stamp prohibited

Any
person who knowingly sells any flesh of any diseased animal or any container
containing shellfish, if the container does not have an approved stamp
authorized by the Division of Animal Industry of the Department, is guilty of a
gross misdemeanor.
