1. A license to operate a food establishment issued by any licensing authority to a person owning or operating such food establishment shall be revoked when such persons permit has been revoked by the food safety authority, and no new license may be issued until such person again possesses an unrevoked permit from the food safety authority. 2. Licensing authorities shall be notified by the food safety authority of the revocation of any permit.
