1. At least once every year, the food safety authority shall inspect each food establishment located in the State. 2. The food safety authority shall make as many additional inspections and reinspections as are necessary for the enforcement of this chapter. 3. It is unlawful for any person to interfere with the food safety authority in the performance of his or her duties.
