Injunctions; restraining orders

If
any operator of a public livestock auction or person who conducts an annual
sale of livestock has engaged or is about to engage in any acts or practices
which violate or will violate any of the provisions of this chapter or the
rules and regulations adopted by the Department, the district court of any
county, on application of the Director, may issue an injunction or other
appropriate order restraining that conduct. Proceedings under this section are
governed by Rule 65 of the
Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure, except that no bond or undertaking is required
in any action commenced by the Director.
