A license to operate a public livestock auction must be in such form as the Department may prescribe, and set forth: 1. The name and address of the operator of the public livestock auction. 2. The location of the establishment or premises licensed. 3. The kinds of livestock to be sold, exchanged or handled. 4. The period of the license. 5. The weekly or monthly sales day or days. 6. Such other information as the Department may determine.
