Removal of quarantined or infected animal or animal product prohibited without permit

Quarantined
animals, and any animals or animal products which have been, or are suspected
to have been, infected with or exposed to infectious, contagious or parasitic
diseases, must not be removed from one point to another within any area, or
from one area to another, without a written permit from the State Quarantine
Officer.
