Nevada Code § 571.150

Inspection, testing or quarantine of animal infected with or exposed to disease

The State
Quarantine Officer may inspect, test or quarantine any animal in the State
infected with, suspected of being or which have been exposed to an infectious, contagious
or parasitic disease, and compel testing or treatment at such times and as
often as the State Quarantine Officer deems necessary to insure the suppression
of disease.
