Nevada Code § 568.260

Penalty; liability for damages

Any
person violating any of the provisions of NRS
568.230 to 568.290 , inclusive, is
guilty of a misdemeanor, and, independently of the foregoing penalty, is liable
to any person injured for all damages sustained by reason of the violation, and
for such exemplary damages as the circumstances may warrant.
