1. The boards of county commissioners and the state grazing boards may enter into cooperative agreements under the provisions of NRS 568.010 to 568.210 , inclusive, and may contribute from their respective funds to the projects under the terms of the cooperative agreements. 2. Such cooperative agreements shall: (a) Prescribe the manner, terms and conditions of cooperation and the amounts to be contributed from the range improvement fund of the grazing district or county concerned, as the case may be. (b) Provide that the direct management and supervision of the projects shall be exercised by the officials in charge of the federal, state, county or city department, division, bureau, service, board or commission designated in the cooperative agreements as the agency cooperating with the state grazing board.
