Agreements with United States Department of Agriculture for control of predatory animals, property-destroying birds and rodents

The Committee may enter into agreements from
time to time with the United States Department of Agriculture covering
cooperative control of predatory animals, property-destroying birds and rodents
in and by manners and methods whereby a maximum of protection against losses of
property, livestock, poultry, game birds, animals and crops on a statewide
basis best can be assured with a maximum of returns for the money expended.
