As used in NRS 567.010 to 567.090 , inclusive: 1. Committee means the State Predatory Animal and Rodent Committee. 2. Property-destroying bird means starlings, blackbirds, ravens, crows and other birds that damage property, threaten human health or cause a public nuisance.
