Unlawful to refuse to give information to inspector or to give false information; penalty

Any
herder or other person in charge of sheep who shall willfully refuse to give an
inspector information as to the condition of sheep in the herder or other
persons charge, or shall willfully give false information as to the condition
of such sheep, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
