1. Each grower shall provide the Department with a legal description of and additional information to identify the property on which the crop of the grower is or will be located. Such additional information must be in a manner prescribed by the Department and include, without limitation, global positioning system coordinates. 2. A grower may use any method for the propagation of hemp to produce hemp, including, without limitation, planting seeds or starts, using clones or cuttings or cultivating hemp in a greenhouse. 3. A grower may retain agricultural hemp seed for the purpose of propagating hemp in future years.
