Nevada Code § 555.2657

Non-private applicator defined

Non-private
applicator means:
1. A natural person who is employed by a
city, county, state or other governmental agency, including, without
limitation, a conservation district or a weed control district, who:
(a) Is licensed to apply or supervise the
application of any general-use pesticide; or
(b) Is licensed to apply or supervise the
application of any general-use pesticide and is certified to apply or supervise
the application of any restricted-use pesticide; or
2. An applicator who is certified and who
applies or supervises the application of any restricted-use pesticide and does
not qualify as a private applicator under NRS
555.2681 .
