A fee imposed pursuant to NRS 548.4052 and 548.4053 or 548.4054 , as applicable, may not be increased, decreased or eliminated except according to the same procedures prescribed in NRS 548.4052 and 548.4053 or 548.4054 , as applicable, for imposing the fee.
