Nevada Code § 548.355

Preventive and control measures; repair and restoration of property

In addition to other
powers granted in this chapter, a district and the supervisors thereof may:
1. Carry out preventive and control
measures within the district, including, but not limited to, engineering
operations, methods of cultivation, the growing of vegetation and changes in
the use of land; and
2. Repair and restore property within the
district, including, but not limited to, wetlands, stream corridors and other
riparian property,
on land
owned or controlled by any government or municipal corporation, with the
cooperation of the agency administering and having jurisdiction thereof, and on
any other land within the district, upon obtaining the consent of all persons
holding any relevant rights or interests in such land.
