Nevada Code § 548.275

Election of supervisors; terms of office

1. In the election held in 1976, two terms
of 4 years each and three terms of 2 years each shall be allocated among the
candidates in descending order of number of votes received.
2. Supervisors who receive an equal number
of votes shall draw lots to determine their terms.
3. After that election, supervisors shall
be elected for terms of 4 years.
