Denial of petition if Commission determines there is no need for district; filing of subsequent petition after determination

1. If the Commission shall determine after
the hearing and after due consideration of the relevant facts that there is no
need for a conservation district to function in the territory considered at the
hearing, the Commission shall make and record such determination and shall deny
the petition.
2. After 6 months shall have expired from
the date of the denial of any such petition, subsequent petitions covering the
same territory may be filed and new hearings held and determinations made
thereon.
