Nevada Code § 548.155

Personnel: Employment; compensation; surety bonds; delegation of authority

1. The Commission may employ such
personnel, permanent and temporary, as it may require, and shall determine
their qualifications, duties and compensation, subject to the limitations of
the laws of the State of Nevada.
2. The Commission may provide for the
execution of surety bonds for all employees and officers who shall be entrusted
with funds or property.
3. The Commission may delegate to its
Chair, to one or more of its members, or to one or more agents or employees,
such powers and duties as it may deem proper.
