1. The boundary of any district organized
under the provisions of NRS 543.170 to 543.830 , inclusive, may be changed in the
manner prescribed in NRS 543.675 and 543.685 , but the change of boundaries of
the district does not impair or affect its organization, or affect, impair or
discharge any contract, obligation, lien or charge on which it or the property
therein might be liable or chargeable had the change of boundaries not been
made.

a district is subject to the payment of taxes, assessments and charges, as
provided in NRS 543.685 . Real property

outstanding at the time of the exclusion and is subject to any outstanding
