Annual review of master plan; annual report by board

1. The board shall direct its chief
engineer and general manager to prepare an annual review of the master plan for
consideration by the board. The review must include consideration of:
(a) Growth and development in the district;
(b) The cost of and progress in construction of
facilities for the control of floods;
(c) The districts uniform code for management of
a floodplain and the development of standards for construction of facilities
for the control of floods;
(d) Progress in the development of facilities by
the United States Army Corps of Engineers; and
(e) The establishment of additional long-range
priorities for the control of floods.
2. The board shall prepare an annual
report in conjunction with its review. The report must set forth:
(a) The source and amount of money received
during the previous year;
(b) The amount of money expended during the
previous year;
(c) A listing of any project completed during the
previous year;
(d) A listing of any project under construction;
(e) A listing of any project which is proposed
for the ensuing year and the time estimated for its completion;
(f) The amount of money expended during the
previous year for the operation and maintenance of facilities for the control
of floods; and
(g) Any recommended amendments of the master
plan.
3. A copy of the report must be filed with
the districts chief engineer. A copy must be provided to any person upon
request for a fee which does not exceed the actual cost of printing and mailing
the report.
