1. In case there is other or current indebtedness of the district outstanding not represented by a contract with the United States pursuant to the terms of this chapter, or represented by an outstanding bond issue duly authorized under the provisions of this chapter, the court shall determine the amount of such indebtedness outstanding against the district and provide for its payment as stated in NRS 539.750 to 539.777 , inclusive. 2. The court shall nevertheless enter its order dissolving the district, which order shall also direct and authorize the county officers hereinafter designated to act as ex officio officers of the district for the liquidation of such indebtedness. 3. The district directors shall have no further power to incur further indebtedness after the entry of the order. 4. The court shall have power to enter any and all orders necessary to complete the dissolution of the district and effectuate the intent hereof. 5. The records and papers of every kind belonging to the district shall be turned over to the county clerk for use by the proper county officers in closing the affairs of the district. The county treasurer shall perform the duties of district treasurer. The county assessor shall perform that portion of the duties of the secretary relating to district assessor. The county clerk shall perform all the other duties of the secretary of the board of directors. The board of county commissioners shall perform the duties of the board of directors. The district attorney shall perform such duties as may be required of the district attorney by such county officers.
