Nevada Code § 539.636

Power of board of directors

In
addition to the other means of providing revenue for districts as provided in
this chapter, the board of directors under certain circumstances as set forth
in NRS 539.636 to 539.6366 , inclusive, or as may be
otherwise provided by law, may levy and collect general (ad valorem) taxes on
all taxable property within the district for the purpose of additionally
securing the payment of any bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter
and for the purpose of paying attorneys fees and other costs directly related
to protecting the supply and distribution of water.
