Local board: Composition; terms of office; vacancies

1. One local director shall hold office
until his or her successor is elected at the next biennial district election
and qualifies, and the other local director shall hold office until his or her
successor is elected at the second biennial district election after his or her
appointment and qualifies.
2. The terms of such local directors shall
be determined by lot, and their successors shall be elected for 4-year terms at
the biennial elections.
3. The two local directors, with the
director of the district from the division, shall constitute the local board of
such division.
4. The directors of the district shall
fill any vacancy in the office of local director of a division by the appointment
of a qualified elector from the division in which the vacancy occurs who is
registered to vote in the division.
