Nevada Code § 539.273

Purposes of cooperation and contract

The
cooperation and contract authorized by NRS
539.270 may be for any or all of the following purposes:
1. Construction of works, whether for
irrigation or drainage, or both.
2. Acquisition, purchase, extension,
operation or maintenance of constructed works.
3. Water supply.
4. Electric power and transmission lines.
5. Assumption as principal or guarantor of
indebtedness to the United States on account of district lands or for the
collection of moneys due the United States as fiscal agents or otherwise.
