1. The petition shall be filed in the office of the county clerk and a notice thereof shall be published by the county clerk for at least 2 weeks before the time at which it is to be presented to the board of county commissioners. Publication shall be in some newspaper printed and published in the county where the petition is presented, which newspaper shall be designated by the board of county commissioners as the newspaper most likely to impart notice of the hearing of the petition. 2. The notice shall set forth: (a) That the petition has been filed. (b) The time of the meeting of the board of county commissioners to consider the petition. (c) A description of the territory to be embraced in the proposed district.
