Nevada Code § 538.320

Compensation of commissioners and employees of Commission. [Effective until the effective date of the California-Nevada Interstate Compact ( NRS 538.600 ).]

1. Commissioners who are not in the
regular employ of the State are entitled to receive a salary of not more than
$80 per day, as fixed by the Commission, for time actually spent on the work of
the Commission, except when a commissioner is employed by the Commission to
render special, technical or professional services, in which event the
commissioner is entitled to receive fees and expenses commensurate with the
service rendered.
2. While engaged in the business of the
Commission, each member of the Commission who is not employed by the Commission
to render special, technical or professional services and each employee of the
Commission is entitled to receive the per diem allowance and travel expenses
provided for state officers and employees generally.
