Nevada Code § 538.231

Application and disbursement of revenues

Revenues received from the sale of power or
water or otherwise must be applied and disbursed by the Commission in the
following order:
1. To the payment to the Federal
Government of the cost of electrical energy and the generation and delivery
thereof in accordance with bills rendered by the United States.
2. To the payment to other entities of the
cost of water and the cost of electrical energy and the generation thereof or
the cost of water or the cost of electrical energy and the generation thereof
in accordance with bills rendered by those entities.
3. To the payment of compensation and
expenses of the Commission and all other obligations incurred through
performance by the Commission of the duties designated in NRS 538.041 to 538.251 , inclusive.
4. To the repayment to the State of Nevada
of any money advanced or appropriated to the Commission if the advancement or
appropriation requires repayment to the State, the repayment to be placed in
the State General Fund.
