Deputy Executive Director: Appointment; duties; classification; restrictions on other employment

1. The Executive Director shall appoint a
Deputy Executive Director and shall designate the duties of the Deputy
Executive Director.
2. The Deputy Executive Director of the
Commission:
(a) Is in the unclassified service of the State;
and
(b) Shall devote his or her entire time and
attention to the business of the office and shall not pursue any other business
or occupation or hold any other office of profit.
