The Colorado River Commission of Nevada, consisting of seven members, is hereby created. Four members must be appointed by the Governor. Three members must be appointed by the Board of Directors of the Southern Nevada Water Authority. The Governor shall designate one of his or her appointees to serve as Chair of the Commission.
