Nevada Code § 535.110

Unlawful removal, damage or destruction of piling, dike, dock or lock; unlawful structures

1. Every person who willfully and
maliciously removes, damages or destroys a pile or other material fixed in the
ground and used for securing any bank or dam of any river or other water, or
any dike, dock, quay, jetty or lock is guilty of a misdemeanor.
2. Every person who:
(a) Moors any vessel, scow, barge, raft or boom
to any bridge; or
(b) Erects or maintains any unlawful structure in
any stream or river,
is guilty of
a misdemeanor.
