The provisions of NRS 533.382 to 533.386 , inclusive, do not apply to the conveyance of shares of stock in a ditch company which owns: 1. An application or permit to appropriate any of the public waters; 2. A certificate of appropriation; 3. An adjudicated or unadjudicated water right; or 4. An application or permit to change the place of diversion, manner of use or place of use of water.
