Nevada Code § 533.295

Limitation on use of Water District Account; expenses defined

1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 534.040 , money in the Water District
Account must be used exclusively for expenses incurred in the administration,
operation and maintenance of the particular stream system from which the money
is budgeted and collected.
2. The term expenses referred to in NRS 533.270 to 533.290 , inclusive, includes salaries,
hydrographic surveys, per diem expenses, car rental, equipment, including
necessary automobiles, supplies and materials incidental to the proper
administration and distribution of water.
