The Division may, subject to the approval of the Director and the State Land Registrar, and pursuant to NRS 321.001 and 321.003 : 1. Negotiate for the acceptance of any land suitable for a program of conservation; and 2. Revegetate, protect and manage that land on behalf of the State.
