Nevada Code § 527.220

Cooperation with governmental agencies and organizations

The State Forester, subject to the approval of
the Director of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources,
may:
1. Cooperate with the United States or any
agency thereof, agencies of the State, county or municipal governments,
agencies of neighboring states or other public or private organizations or
persons.
2. Use when available personnel, control
equipment, supplies or services of the State Department of Agriculture, and
accept money, equipment, supplies or services, including prison labor, from
other cooperators as the State Forester may deem appropriate.
3. Enter into agreements with the United
States or its agencies for the matching of federal money as required under the
laws of the United States relating to forest pests.
