1. All Christmas trees, cacti or yucca removed or possessed for commercial purposes must have attached thereto a tag issued by the State Forester Firewarden, by the Bureau of Land Management or by the United States Forest Service. 2. The State Forester Firewarden may charge a reasonable fee for each tag to help defray costs to the State for enforcement of the laws regulating removal or possession of Christmas trees, cacti or yucca. Money collected by the State Forester Firewarden shall be deposited in the appropriate fund of the State Forester Firewarden.
