As used in NRS 52.450 to 52.480 , inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. Banking or financial institution means any bank, savings and loan association, savings bank, thrift company or credit union licensed to do business as such in this State or any other state. 2. Custodian of the records of a banking or financial institution means an employee or agent of a banking or financial institution who has the care, custody and control of the records of the banking or financial institution. 3. Records of a banking or financial institution means memoranda, reports, records or compilations of data in any form which are kept in the course of an activity which is regularly conducted by a banking or financial institution.
