1. If during a trial or discovery proceeding the authenticity of the record or a question of interpretation of handwriting is involved, the court may order the original documents produced. 2. If the personal attendance of a custodian of the medical records is required, the subpoena shall clearly state such demand. 3. If a custodian will personally appear, the original medical records shall be produced.
