Nevada Code § 514.035

Duties of Director

The
Director of the Bureau of Mines and Geology shall attend each regular meeting
of the Mining Oversight and Accountability Commission created by NRS 514A.040 and each special meeting if
requested by the Chair of the Commission and:
1. Report to the Commission on the
activities of the Bureau of Mines and Geology undertaken by the Bureau since
its previous report, including, without limitation, the current condition of
mining and of exploration for and production of oil and gas in the State; and
2. Provide any technical information
required by the Commission during the course of the meeting.
