The violation of any of the provisions of NRS 504.300 to 504.370 , inclusive, or the rules and regulations prescribed by the Commission is punishable in accordance with the provisions of NRS 501.385 , and in addition thereto any license issued under the provisions of NRS 504.300 to 504.370 , inclusive, may be revoked by the Commission or by a court of competent jurisdiction for the balance of the license term, and no new license may be issued during the same license year.
